Job Captain

We are looking for a talented individual with long term growth potential for the position of Job Captain. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across a number of exciting design projects -- including high-end residential, development, civic and winery projects -- with an award-winning firm in the heart of Sonoma's wine country. As Job Captain, you will have responsibility for modeling and detailing building components, developing construction documents and assisting in project administration.

In addition to a BA in Architecture and 3+ years experience in an architectural office, candidates must have the ability to create an architectural plan set with minimal instruction and be able to explore design options and implement design concepts.     Additional keys to success include strong technical skills in BIM, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and the current edition of the CBC.

Project Architect

If you are a self-starter with a passion for design and the ability to manage projects from kick-off and conceptual design through construction administration and close-out, we'd like to hear from you.

We are looking for Architects who are thought provoking, intuitive and leaders in our industry. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of successfully meeting project goals, budgets and timelines 
  • Strong demonstrated design skills with an ability to work collaboratively and clearly with staff and clientele.
  • Ability to coordinate design consultants and supervision of architectural team.
  • Degree in Architecture – B.A., B. Arch, M Arch
  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • MS Office computer literacy. ArchiCAD proficiency would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the 2013 California Building Code, ADA and Title 24.
